These values drive the map, the waterbody proximity analysis, the rulebook page and the compliance reports. Changing them here changes all of them.

Buffer distances
No-construction distance measured from a waterbody boundary. Shown in red on the map.
Beyond this distance a parcel is reported as having no waterbody nearby.
Waterbody detection
Comma separated. Applied in addition to parcels whose Type is “Water Bodies”. Currently matching 1 parcel in the loaded village.
Map behaviour
Smaller number = closer zoom.

Statutory basis

Buffer distances must match the notified bye-laws for the BIDA area. Confirm the current figures before relying on any report generated here.
